The questions that arrive after hours

These are the questions restaurants answer by hand every day, and the ones that go unanswered at night and on weekends. Each has a correct answer that only you know. An assistant trained on your answers gives it instantly.

  • Are you open right now, and do you take reservations?
  • Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
  • Can you do a private event or catering for 40 people?
  • Where do I park, and is there patio seating?
  • Do you deliver, and through which app?
  • Can I see the menu with prices?

Answered, booked, handed off

  • Hours, menu, dietary and parking questions answered from your own menu and policies
  • Reservation requests sent to your booking system or taken directly
  • Catering and private-event enquiries captured with date, head count and budget, then routed to the manager
  • Holiday hours and specials updated in one place and reflected everywhere
  • Review alerts and a draft reply you can send in a tap

Three things, worked through

Worked examples, not case studies: how each service applies to restaurants.

Website

Say a new restaurant opened with an Instagram page and a PDF menu that nobody can read on a phone. We build a site where the menu is real text with prices, hours and address are in the first screen, the booking link is one tap, and the pages are written so an AI engine can answer "good Italian place near Celina with a patio" with your name.

How we build websites →

AI assistant

The assistant on the site and on Instagram or Facebook messages answers the same twenty questions every night (hours, dietary options, large parties, parking), takes reservation requests, and turns a catering enquiry into a form the manager sees in the morning with every detail filled in.

Automation

Change the hours or the specials once and the website, Google Business Profile and the assistant all update. New reviews arrive as alerts with a suggested reply. Catering leads go into a simple pipeline with reminders so none are forgotten.

How we build automations →

What to automate first

In the order we recommend, by hours saved for effort spent. Most restaurants start with the first item and add the rest over a few months.

  • A real menu page with prices and hours in the first screen
  • Google Business Profile kept in sync with the website
  • The assistant for reservation, dietary and event questions
  • Review alerts and replies

Questions restaurants ask us

Do we need a website if we have Instagram and a Google listing?

Those are where people find you; the website is where they confirm the menu, hours and booking and where AI engines read what you are. A short, fast site with a real menu does more for a restaurant than a long one.

Can the assistant take reservations?

It can take reservation requests and pass them to your booking system or your host, and it can book directly where the system allows it. It tells the guest what happens next in either case.

Will it know about allergens?

It answers from the menu and allergen notes you provide and says so. For anything not on that list it tells the guest to ask staff, which is the honest answer.

Can you connect our delivery apps?

The site links to the ordering apps you use. Deeper integration depends on the platform; we confirm what is possible before quoting.

How long does a restaurant website take?

Typically two to three weeks when the menu and photos are ready. The assistant can be added in the same project or later.

Does AI recommend your business?

Tell us your business and website. We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI the questions your customers ask, and send you a one-page report: how many answers named you, who was named instead, and the three fixes that matter most. No cost, no obligation.
