In practice

  • Answers the questions you get twenty times a week: hours, pricing you publish, service area, what to bring, whether you do X
  • Qualifies leads by asking the questions your best staff member would ask, then routes them to the right person
  • Books appointments and consultations into the calendar or booking tool you already use
  • Sends links, forms and confirmations by text or email
  • Recognises urgent language and hands off to a human immediately, with the details already collected
  • Writes a short summary of every conversation to your inbox or CRM
  • Works on the website, on SMS, on Facebook and Instagram messages, and as a voice assistant on the phone

What it looks like

Say a physical therapy clinic gets 40 website messages and 25 after-hours calls a week, mostly about insurance, hours, and whether a referral is needed. The assistant answers those from the clinic's own list, offers the next open evaluation slot, sends the intake link, and flags anything that sounds like a new injury to the front desk for a call back. The office opens each morning to a sorted list: booked, needs a call, answered. Nothing clinical was ever answered by the software.

Ask whether it fits your business โ†’

Four steps, one fixed quote

Discovery call

Free, 30 minutes. We look at the questions you answer by hand, where enquiries are lost, and the tools you already use. You get a fixed quote.

Your answers, written down

We collect your FAQ, policies, booking rules and handoff rules, and write the answers in your tone. This is the part that makes the assistant yours.

Build and test

We train the assistant on that material, connect the calendar or CRM, and test it against the real questions from your voicemail and inbox, including the ones it must refuse.

Launch, then read the logs

It goes live on your site or phone line. For the first month we read every conversation with you, fix answers, tighten handoffs, and add what customers asked that nobody expected.

What affects the price

Every project gets a fixed quote after the free discovery call. These are the things that move it, so you can see where a smaller first project might sit.

  • Channels: website chat only, or also SMS, social messages and phone
  • Booking: taking requests versus booking directly into your scheduler
  • Integrations: CRM, practice-management or job software, payment links
  • How much material exists already versus how much we write with you
  • Compliance needs, such as health information handling

What we need from you

  • Your FAQ, or thirty recent voicemails and messages we can turn into one
  • Hours, service area, pricing you are happy to publish, booking rules
  • The handoff rules: what goes to whom, and how fast
  • Access to the calendar, CRM or booking tool it should connect to

Questions about ai assistants

Is this a chatbot?

Yes, in the sense that it chats. The difference from the chatbots people dislike is that it is trained on your own answers, it books real appointments, it hands off to a person when it should, and it never pretends to be human.

Will it make things up?

It answers from the material you give it and says when a question is outside that material. We test it against trick questions before launch and read the logs with you for the first month.

Can it answer the phone?

Yes. A voice version takes after-hours and overflow calls, answers the same questions, books, and transfers urgent calls. Most clients start with website chat and add the phone later.

How long does it take?

A website assistant on an existing site is typically live in one to two weeks for a standard setup. Phone handling and deeper integrations take four to six weeks.

What does an AI assistant cost?

It depends on channels, booking depth and integrations, listed above. The smallest project is a website assistant that answers questions and collects leads. You get a fixed quote after the free discovery call, and we say honestly if something is not worth automating yet.

Who owns the content and the data?

You do. Your answers, your conversation logs, your customer details. We document what is stored and where, and we can remove it on request.
