In practice

  • Says what you do, for whom and where in the first paragraph of every key page, in text an engine can quote
  • Loads fast on a phone, which is where most of your visitors are
  • One clear call to action per page, with a form that needs two fields, not six
  • Service pages, FAQs and structured data (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ) that search and AI engines read
  • Online booking, forms and chat connected to your calendar, CRM and inbox
  • Reviews and proof shown where visitors look for them
  • Analytics that tell you which pages produce enquiries, not just visits

What it looks like

Say a landscaping company has a five-year-old site that loads slowly and says "Welcome to our website" above the fold. We rebuild it with a first paragraph that says what they do and the towns they serve, a page per service written as a direct answer, a two-field quote form, their reviews, and the structured data that tells Google and AI engines who they are. The quote requests arrive in the owner's inbox and the CRM at the same time.

Ask whether it fits your business โ†’

Four steps, one fixed quote

Discovery call

Free, 30 minutes. What the site must do, who it is for, what you have (logo, photos, copy, reviews) and what you do not. You get a fixed quote.

Structure and words first

We map the pages, write the direct answers and FAQs with you, and agree the one action each page should drive. Design follows the words, not the other way round.

Design and build

A design you approve on a phone and a desktop, then the build: fast, accessible, with the forms, booking and tracking connected. You review a private link.

Launch and hand over

We move the domain, submit the sitemap, set up Search Console and the listings that point at the site, and show you how to edit the things you will want to change.

What affects the price

Every project gets a fixed quote after the free discovery call. These are the things that move it, so you can see where a smaller first project might sit.

  • Number of pages and how much writing is needed
  • Custom design versus an adapted layout
  • Booking, payments, member areas or other features beyond forms
  • Photography and brand assets you have versus what has to be made
  • Migration from an existing site and its content

What we need from you

  • Your logo and any brand colours, or the go-ahead to create them
  • Photos of you, your team or your work, if you have them
  • Reviews and client names we may use
  • Thirty minutes a week for decisions while the site is being built

Questions about custom websites

How long does a website take?

Most small-business sites launch in two to four weeks once we have your content. Larger sites with booking or member areas take longer; we give a date with the quote.

Do you use WordPress or a site builder?

We use whatever fits the job: hand-built static sites when speed and simplicity matter most, or a content system when you need to edit often. We tell you which and why before quoting.

Will I be able to edit it myself?

Yes, for the things you will actually change (hours, prices, posts). We show you how at handover. We stay available for the rest.

Is SEO included?

The groundwork is: fast pages, clean structure, direct answers, structured data, sitemap, Search Console. Ongoing content and link work is separate, and we will tell you honestly whether you need it.

Can you make it show up in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers?

We write and structure it so engines can quote it, and we can run our free AI visibility check before and after to measure the difference in counts. Nobody can guarantee a mention, and we do not.

What does a website cost?

It depends on the factors listed above. You get a fixed quote after the free discovery call, with the page list and the date attached.
